INVITATION FOR TENDER

1. The Catholic University of Health and Allied Sciences (CUHAS) has set aside funds for the
   procurement of various goods, equipment, maintenance, and services. It intends to apply part f these funds to cover eligible payments under the following contracts:

2. CUHAS now invites eligible, competent, and qualified suppliers and service providers to express interest and submit bids for pre-qualification and tendering for the above-mentioned lots.
3. Tendering and pre-qualification will be conducted through procedures specified in Regulation 114 of the Public Procurement Regulations (Government Notice No. 518 of 2024) and is open to all eligible applicants as defined in the Regulations.
4. Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the tender and prequalification documents from the: Secretary, CUHAS Tender Board, B3 Block, CUHAS, Administration Floor, P.O. Box 1464, Mwanza, from 07:30 a.m. to 04:30 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
5. Document Purchase: A complete set of tender and pre-qualification documents in Englishmay be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application andpayment of a non-refundable fee of Tanzania Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only (TZS100,000/=). Payment should be made by cash deposit to: Account Name: CUHASBUGANDO, Account Number: 01J1054045501, Bank: CRDB Bank, Bidders must present the original bank deposit slip when collecting the documents.
6. Submission Deadline: All applications (one original and one copy) must be submitted insealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender name and number, address, deadline dateand time, and the words “DO NOT OPEN BEFORE 13:00 HOURS ON 16th MAY 2025”.
   Submissions should be delivered to the address below: Secretary, CUHAS Tender Board,B3 Block, CUHAS Administration Floor, P.0. Box 1464, Mwanza.
7. Opening of Bids:
   Bids will be opened promptly at 13:00 hours on 16/05/2025 in Lecture Hall 3, in the presenceof bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
8. Please Note: Late submissions, partial submissions, electronic submissions, or those not
   opened and read aloud at the opening ceremony will not be considered for evaluation underany circumstances.
