Customer Services – Internship – 4 Posts

Duration:  3 Months commitment with opportunity to extend 

Nature of Job: Full time required & working on shift including weekends.

Responsibilities

An ideal candidate will perform the following responsibilities.

1. Will be working in the customer service department
2. Making daily calls to customers and sales officers in rural Tanzania.
3. Helping our current customers by answering product and service questions
4. suggesting information about other products and services

Qualifications:

An ideal candidate will have the following qualifications.

• Fresh Graduate from school
• Degree/Diploma in customer service, sales and marketing, Business administration or equivalent qualification
• Excellent communicator with sound customer care skills
• Able to work in a target driven company
• Good Listener
• Ability to work under minimum supervision
• Fluency in Kiswahili and strong command of English
