Located off Biti Titi Mohammed street on the corner of Magore and Vijibweni street in Upanga, Dar Es Salaam the largest city in Tanzania, the 148 room Crowne Plaza is 13 Kilometers from the Julius Nyerere International airport and close to the main point’s of cultural, social and business interests.

MARKETING AND SALES OFFICER – HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
• Manage online and offline marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and revenue
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and partners
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between sales and operational goals

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the hospitality sector
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems is an advantage
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused
