The Human Resources Office of Daqing Oilfield Constructions Group Company Limited (DOCG) informs all Tanzanians with the following qualifications and who are ready to work at the Marine Storage Terminal Project (MST) at Chongoleani.

1.0. Position – HSE Officer (6 Posts)

1.1. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in HSE roles within the construction or oil & gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of Tanzanian HSE regulations and international best practices.
• Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively address safety concerns.

1.2. Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and regulations on-site.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local and international HSE standards.
• Conduct safety training and awareness programs for employees.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.
• Maintain HSE documentation and prepare reports for management.
• Coordinate emergency response plans and drills.

1.3. Duration

The contract shall be for a specific task for the whole construction period of the project.

1.5. Place of Work & Residency

The place of work for this position shall be Chongoleani ward in Tanga city. Daqing Oilfield Constructions Group Company Limited (DOCG) will provide food and camp accommodations in our temporary facilities for these positions. It is mandatory for individuals selected for this position to utilize the camp accommodations.

1.6. Mode of Application
