Position Overview 

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Engineer to design, implement, and  maintain our robust network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong  background in network systems, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to work  in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure  seamless connectivity and optimal performance for our customers.

Key Responsibilities 

Network Design and Implementation 

• Design and deploy reliable network solutions, including wireless and fiber-optic  systems, tailored to client and organizational needs. 
• Configure and install network hardware such as routers, switches, and access  points. 
• Optimize network performance through monitoring and tuning. 

Maintenance and Troubleshooting 

• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot network issues, identify root causes, and implement timely solutions.
• Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades for network hardware and software. 

Security and Compliance 

• Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls and VPNs,  to safeguard data. 
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. 

Documentation and Reporting 

• Maintain detailed network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and  incident reports. 
• Generate periodic performance and utilization reports. 

Collaboration and Support 

• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers for system upgrades and  troubleshooting. 

Qualifications and Skills 

Educational Requirements (Physics) 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,  Telecommunications, electronics and communications or a related field. • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CWNA, or equivalent) are highly  desirable. 

Age and Experience 

• Minimum 1 years of experience in network engineering or a related field. • Proven experience with network design, implementation, and troubleshooting. 
• The applicant’s age shouldn’t be above 27 years. 

Technical Skills  

• Strong knowledge of network hardware (Cisco, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, etc.).
• Proficiency in network protocols such as TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and VLANs.
• Experience with wireless technologies and fiber-optic systems. 
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, or PRTG.

Soft Skills 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
