Job Overview

The Commissioner General of Immigration announces the Youth who have been selected
join the Immigration Department to report to the Raphael Kubaga Immigration College
located at Boma Kichakamiba, Mkinga District – Tanga Region, on Saturday
on March 1, 2025 from 2:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Those who report to the College after the mentioned time will not be accepted. For those who asked
and elected through the Zanzibar Immigration Commissioner, they are required to report to the Office
of Immigration South Region Unguja (Tunguu) on Monday the 24th
February, 2025 at 2:00 am

DOCUMENTS THAT THE STUDENT MUST TAKE TO COLLEGE;

The student must report with the original certificates of  education and various fields.
A student who does not have original documents will not be admitted to the college. Certificates and

The required documents are as follows:-

i. birth certificate,
ii. National Identification Number (NIDA) or Number,
iii. Original Certificates of  Education of Form Four, Six and Degree,
iv. Various Skill Certificates (For those with skills).

EQUIPMENT AND REQUIREMENTS THAT THE STUDENT MUST HAVE TOO IN COLLEGE

Money amounting to Tshs. 50,400/= for Health Insurance for those who do not have a Card of Health Insurance or the holder of a Health Insurance Card that expires earlier dated 31/12/2025, Cash in the amount of Tshs. 25,000/= for health tests, Livelihood funds for personal use, Truck suit (02) black and dark
blue, Sports rubbers pair (02) any color, Smart civilian clothes pair (03), Sheets (04) blue color, Sleeping pillow (01), Pillowcase (02) blue color, Mosquito net (01) blue color, Large notebooks (04) 4QRs, Metal box
(Trunker), Plastic buckets (02) (one of 10 liters and one of 20 liters), T-shirt (02) colored of dark blue with a round neck, Rain boots (rainboot,) pair (01), Towel (01), A pair of shovels (01) with cleaning equipment including a spade (01) and its handle, Slash (01), Plan (01) and Rake (01).

In addition, the said equipment is available in the College Store, so the student can
buy them with his consent.

NOTICE:

• Travel expenses from home to the College will be covered by
  the student himself.
•  Those selected to join the training will undergo a health examination before
  start training, and all those who will be found to have health challenges they will not be allowed to join the College to attend training.
• The list of names of those called to training is available through the Department’s website
  of Immigration (www.immigration.go.tz).
