Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment processes, manage onboarding, and coordinate employee training initiatives.
• Maintain and update employee records while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Address employee concerns, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Assist with HR policy implementation, performance management, and payroll processes.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure organizational efficiency.
• Organize and maintain company records, documents, and communications.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and company events.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR and administrative role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
