SALES  REPRESENTATIVE

Job Location : Arusha, Dar es Salaam, Moshi.

Job Purpose :The primary purpose of a Sales Representative is to ensure an organization has smooth sales, gives presentations, demonstrates and sells product or service to potential buyers and works with the team to meet company goals.

Qualification   

• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred (often in Business, Marketing, or related field)

Experience & Skills : 

Job Opportunity

• Experience in  Current Sales and Marketing or a Related Field: Prior experience is a significant requirement 
• Preferred with 3 years and above of experience in the FMCG Industry.
• The ability to develop knowledge about your products and markets
• Good business sense and professional manner
• Strong attention to details and proven ability to manage multiple work streams at once
• Interpersonal skills, written communication and organisational skills
• Customer service orientation
• Time management and organizational capabilities
• Age: 28 years+

Core Responsibilities : 

• Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Giving product demonstrations and presentations
• Following up with potential customers
• Maintaining accurate sales record
• Collaborating with team members
• Staying current with product knowledge and market trends

Physical Requirements : 

• May require travel (local or regional)
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (especially in retail sales)
• Capability to lift/move products (if applicable)
