Position Overview:

The Transfer Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of client transfers, ensuring seamless and efficient transportation services. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all client transfers, including airport pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Supervise and schedule drivers to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Address and resolve any logistical issues or client concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of all transfer activities and expenses.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the travel or hospitality industry.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Proficient in relevant software and technology tools.
