Job Purpose
To perform all Condition based monitoring tasks on KSCL site, analyze the CBM data, advise and report to the management on steps forward in improving the condition of equipment.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures Weekly and monthly equipment condition reports are being generated and shared to the maintenance and operation team.
• Close relationship and communication with operation team to enable timely troubleshooting of equipment breakdown.
• Clear communication with other maintenance partner (maintenance planner, mechanical, instrument, electrical and operations) personnel to ensure maximum plant availability.
• Plan and implement condition-based maintenance as per SOP and the maintenance strategy.
• Ensure the required alignment and balancing of rotation equipment is done on time.
• Adhere to maintenance best practices as per Illovo IAMP practices.
• Proper control (handling, maintaining and calibration) of condition maintenance tools.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Condition based maintenance in the sugar industry or large manufacturing firm.
• VCATII certification by a reputable institution.
• IRCATII certification by a reputable institution.

Terms of Service: The successful candidate will be engaged in a permanent contract.
