We’re Hiring:

• Nursery Teacher (1 position)
• Primary Teachers (2 positions)

Requirements:

• A Diploma in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a relevant subject (Bachelor’s degree is an added advantage).
• Teaching experience in early years or primary education.
• A genuine love for working with children and helping them grow academically and socially.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Applicants must already be residing in Zanzibar, Tanzania.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons that spark curiosity and a love of learning.
• Build a positive and nurturing classroom environment where every child feels valued.
• Track and support each student’s progress, keeping parents and school leadership updated.
• Use technology effectively to enhance learning (where relevant).
• Work closely with colleagues to develop and improve teaching strategies.
