We are looking for a motivated and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team and oversee all operations and direct day to day operations and activities,the manager creates and implements procedures that creates a well organized environment for all the staffs, and guide the staff to ensure action plans are implemented to achieve them, manage all aspects of financial management and monitoring organizations funds with a view to ensuring a transparent and efficient management system for the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities.

• To deliver friendly and efficient service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all our customers and ensure they have a great experience.
• Monitor employee performance and conduct regular evaluations to help improve customer service.
• Organize activities and assign responsibilities to employees to ensure productivity.
• Evaluate restaurant performance and ensure compliance with health and safety rules.
• Oversee personnel including receptionists, kitchen staff, and office employees.
• Collect payments and maintain records of budgets, funds and expenses.
• Maintain a clear understanding of restaurant policies and ensure compliance.
• Mainatain a good relationship with the customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in hospitality, business administration or relevant field.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in relevant or similar role.
• Strong understanding in restaurant management/hotel management best practices.
• Exceptional leadership abilities with great attention to details.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
