Position: Accountant & Sales Assistant

Location: Dar es Salaam, Mwenge 

Are you an organized, detail-oriented woman passionate about accounting and customer service?  DAS SPARE is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Accountant & Sales Assistant. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Accounting Duties: 

•  Manage daily financial records, invoices, and payments.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate bookkeeping.

Sales Support: 

•  Assist the salesperson in handling customer inquiries and transactions.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure smooth sales operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service to build strong relationships.

General Support: 

•  Provide administrative support to ensure seamless coordination between accounting and sales. 

Requirements: 

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles or a degree/diploma in accounting. – Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus.

Work Details: 

Position: Full-time (Monday to Saturday). 

Location: Dar es Salaam, Mwenge. 

 Preference: Female candidates only.
