Position Overview:

Santabay Studio is a local start-up agency specializing in ATL, BTL, and Digital Marketing. We are currently seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will support the Creative Department by managing design projects from concept to delivery. This includes creating original pieces such as engaging social media ads, print materials, infographics, and video content.

The Graphic Designer will collaborate with Santabay Studio’s internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver digital and print creative solutions on time and within budget. This role is perfect for an aspiring design professional looking to gain hands-on experience in the advertising industry and expand their portfolio.

Requirements:

• Graduate with a certificate, diploma, or degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or any related field. Note: Skills and talent matter most.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, and After Effects.
• Intermediate or advanced skills in photography.
• A portfolio showcasing creative design work and photography is mandatory.
• Basic skills in motion graphics and animation.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and adept at problem-solving.
• Experience in creating engaging social media content.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate clearly and concisely.
• Experience coordinating with printing and production teams for execution.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Create visual content for social media, websites, flyers, and presentations.
• Perform photography and video editing tasks.
• Design banners, posters, logos, and other marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.
• Assist with layout design for print and digital materials.
• Prepare images for online content, advertisements, and other platforms.
• Adhere to brand design guidelines to ensure brand consistency.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to understand project requirements.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
