Location: Mkuranga B, opposite TRA Mkuranga, Pwani

At Great Wall Tobacco Company (T) Limited, the safety and security of our premises and personnel are paramount. We are seeking dedicated and vigilant watchmen to join our Security team and ensure a secure working environment at the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safeguard company property, premises, and staff by maintaining a visible and vigilant presence.
• Monitor and control access to the premises for staff, visitors, and vehicles.
• Conduct regular patrols around the facility to identify and address any security concerns.
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or any signs of unauthorized activity.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.

QUALIFICATION

• Proven experience as a security guard or watchman is an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of performing security duties, including standing or patrolling for extended periods.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
• Trustworthy, responsible, and attentive to detail.
• Must reside near Mkuranga Industrial Park or nearby areas for easy accessibility.

Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of security procedures and protocols.
Good communication skills to report incidents and interact with staff and visitors.
Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
