As a CVM Campaign Consumer Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing communication strategies that support the goals of cross-functional teams, including CVM, Product, Sales, MFS, B2B, Marketing, and Customer Experience. Your core responsibilities will include creating clear and precise communication strategies for various marketing campaigns, both Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL), and ensuring that all campaign communications are executed on time and target the appropriate audience. Additionally, you will oversee digital marketing materials, brochures, and fliers, providing insights and approval before they are released to the market.

Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish effective communication strategies that align with departmental objectives.
• Develop communication strategies for cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with respective teams before execution.
• Adhere to the Contact Policy and ensure all parties comply with it.
• Manage ATL and BTL campaign communications, ensuring timely delivery to the targeted base.
• Oversee the creation and approval of digital marketing materials, brochures, and fliers to ensure clear and precise communication of campaigns.

Core Competencies:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
