Position: Manager, Procurement

Dar es Salaam

Flightlink is a scheduled and Corporate Airline with bases in Dar Es Salaam and Arusha

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies.
• Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and performance compliance.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and industry trends.
• Oversee procurement processes, from RFps to supplier selection.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement with operational goals.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment efficiently.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement workflows.

Requirements:

• Police clearance and medical fitness required.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
• 3-5years’ experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Skilled in procurement software and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in logistics and warehouse management.
