Marketing and Sales Manager – 1 Position

Job Purpose:
To undertake marketing and sales activities as per the company’s existing plans.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare plans and manage the publication of all publicity materials to maximize brand promotion.
2. Create marketing campaigns in liaison with the Senior Public Relations Officer.
3. Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price.
4. Develop innovative ways to communicate the company message to existing customers.
5. Contribute to the annual marketing and sales plan.
6. Plan, manage, and evaluate the success of marketing projects and events.
7. Stimulate sales activities to meet or exceed revenue objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
8. Support in preparing accurate sales projections along with pipeline reports.
9. Evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activities.
10. Plan, develop, and deliver marketing and sales campaigns within agreed timescales.
11. Perform any other lawful duties as assigned by the company.

Academic Qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.

Working Experience:

• A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in marketing, sales, or related duties, with at least two (2) years in a managerial position.
• Experience in the sugar industry is an added advantage.
